Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, while ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and tasks between team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and reports to ensure accurate tracking of progress and budgets.
• Support the project manager in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders by organizing and attending meetings.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster good relationships.
